Hi @theanastasia,
Thank you for your understanding. You’re absolutely right, your conclusions are correct.
To clarify further:
LiteSpeed cache–based servers and most shared hosting plans are not recommended for Masteriyo. This is already clearly mentioned in our System recommendation guidelines.
Masteriyo is built using React JS and AJAX, so it relies on dynamic, non-cacheable requests for lessons and quizzes.
On many LiteSpeed or shared hosting environments, server-level caching cannot be fully controlled. This can cause lessons and quizzes to not load properly.
That said, if your hosting provider allows full control over the server cache, you may still use the same hosting plan by:
- Disabling LiteSpeed / server-level caching, and
- Managing caching only through a WordPress cache plugin, where Masteriyo’s dynamic pages can be properly excluded.
One recommended solution
Please ask your hosting provider to fully disable LiteSpeed cache at the server level, then manage caching using a WordPress cache plugin (excluding Masteriyo pages). If this is not possible, the best option is a VPS with Nginx or Apache.
We truly appreciate your patience and your strong interest in using Masteriyo. Your feedback helps us improve our documentation and recommendations for all users.
Best Regards!
