Litespeed Cache Not Honoring Rules

Hello, around a month ago I raised a support request in this forum, you can it find here. It was regarding Litespeed and AJAX basket issues.

@qtwrk Kindly seemed to have provided a solution, although it looked to work initially I had not been able to test this thoroughly. I have recently noticed that the there are issue with the AJAX basket again. It again seems to be caching the basket based on what page you are on, even if no-one has put that item in the basket.

No changes have been made to site since I was advised of the rules to change (there have been 2 Litespeed updates, but I have checked that the rules have stayed the same)

Current settings as advised:

Disabled object cache and ESI, purged all
Cache -> WooCommerce -> enable “Vary for Mini Cart”

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
