yes, that’s kind of normal , when cache is purged , it will take time for PHP to generate the PHP
the cache plugin can help AFTER cache is generated, but it won’t accelerate the page generation BEFORE cache is generated.
you could try enable object cache, it might help a bit , and some options in our plugin , if not configured properly , could also takes a lot of time , like “Add missing size” if your page has a lot of external images
Can you guide me to solve that? which setting i need to change in my plugins config?

please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

I cache only HTML,CSS and JS only, and starting bootup time takes more than the 40 seconds
last month only I got these issues

could you please check what’s the loading time if you disable LiteSpeed plugin ?
