Litebox video is not working

    I have following issue with light box.
    1)I have 2 video 1 is auto play when enter on site in header section of page. This video taking 30 second for play . I set auto pay for it .
    2)second is popup video.I link up one video on first video.
    when i hit play button It should play in popup but it not coming in popup window . basically its opening in tiny small window and its opening second time in popup window.
    next I have hit one more time play button then video starting play.
    Please give me guide how i can solve it.

    @ninandi, It’s hard for me to troubleshoot something that I can’t see. Are you using any other lightbox plugins?

    I am using lightbox fancybox plugins.

    It might be a JavaScript conflict. So try disabling that plugin and see how it goes.

    I have all ready did that, My all pages hiding. Can you tell me how can i find out that plugin because in dashboard it showing me Advance custom field plugin, Google XML, and Advance custom filed :repeater field.

    Hey,
    I deactive and activale plugin and other fields are hiden now.
    Its working mozila and IE perfect but problem with FF.
    What can I do?
    Pleas help me, I am stuck here.
    Do you have any online support or only forum?
