Hello. I was scouting for a gallery plugin and stumbled upon yours.
Our needs would be to create galleries with Gutenberg, directly while creating the post.
I saw an article on your website that did exactly that, but the Lite version doesn’t seem to have a Gutenberg block added in the blocks gallery. Is this a feature of the paid version? We would like to buy the Pro version, but I need to be sure that the Gutenberg block is a Pro feature and it’s not present in the Lite one.
    Thanks,

  • Hi @testeditor!

    Thanks for reaching out.

With Envira Gallery Lite, we do include the Envira Gallery Block that appears within the Gutenberg Editor. Within that block, we do give you the ability to create a gallery on the fly within the page/post, or to select a previously created gallery to display. I’ll attach a screenshot below to show what that looks like in Envira Gallery Lite:

Hi @bmilligan15 and thank you for lightning fast reply!
I found out that the gutennberg block needed to be enabled manually due to the current theme’s policy. I can see it now!
A quick question and I leave you be, I promise. On the demo page there are some masonry examples, but in the free version I can only see the column count, no layout setting. Is it a Pro feature?
    Thanks!

    Hi, @testeditor!

    No problem at all!

With Envira Gallery Lite (free version), the gallery will default to a masonry layout when a column count is specified. If you’re wanting more of a grid-type layout, we do offer a cropping option where you can specify image dimensions and have them cropped down to those dimensions.

Please let me know if this helps!

Thanks @bmilligan15, that’s good to know. I’ll test some more and if we like it we’ll buy the pro version.
