Listing galleries with pagination

I’m trying to list galleries with pagination. I’m using find_all_galleries() to get the galleries, but how would I build the pagination?
I don’t wanna use a album cause I want all new galleries to show without having to add them to the album.
Is this the right way to go or is there a better way to list galleries with pagination?
