Listing all posts for admin only

My blog grew over 200 posts across 6 pages in 10 or more categories.

For my own purposes, I would like to see the list of all the posts on one page, sorted by date and possibly with category next to the post title, just so I know what the post was about exactly.

Any plugin or way for doing this?
