    I followed the steps for testing for conflict and the issue is with the theme. I’m currently using Philathropy by theme fuse (latest update theme 2.0.4) and running wordpress 4.6.

    What can I do next? Please advise.

    I contacted Theme Fuse who makes the particular theme, and they were able to fix it. Thanks for your assistance in helping me identify the problem.
