It’s not an instant addition from what I’ve seen, it’s always been like 5-10 minutes. Can you confirm whether or not it’s shown up since you started this thread?
I was just away for a bit and rechecked to see if it was added yet and it was not.
Was the form created before or after you connected the Constant Contact account?
The Form was created after I connected with Constant Contact. Would this make a difference? It is a short code only that generates.

We’ve seen some small edge cases where the timing of connecting appeared to have an effect, but it hasn’t been consistently recreate-able.
Can you provide what all fields you’re using, I want to see if I can recreate on my end, and matching that up will help. Not so worried about labels/descriptions, just the field types.
I am only using the email field. Nothing else.
My form description contains the following:
<p style=”text-align: left”>Learn about Special Offers

<p style=”text-align: left”>Buster’s Bark is a premium homemade salty, nutty, chocolaty, toffee crunchy treat.
Perfect by itself or crumbled on top of your favorite ice cream and dessert.

<p style=”text-align: left”>From time to time, we offer specials, stay in the know by adding your email to our list!

Hi- I just re-added the form to rule out the possibility that I created the form before connecting the account to Constant Contact. I have found that now my emails are successfully being added.
Thank you for stepping in to assist me with troubleshooting this issue. I will now delete the “BAD” earlier from my client’s website to be sure that we always use the correctly functioning form.
Sounds good Becky. Thanks for working through this with us. Excellent to hear it’s working on your side. We’re keeping this in mind though, as we strive to cover proverbial edge cases as well.
Have a good weekend.
