List post headings under menu sub items

I have menus with sub categories and can click through to the sub categories OK.

Problem is only the first post in that sub category comes up and I am unable to show a list of the post headings that may be under that sub heading so a use can see the topics and click through directly from the sub category menu.

Am i missing something? Assistance will be appreciated.
