    You can use either the “fields” or “groups” attribute in the list shortcode.

    Apologize for the confusion – how can it be changed in the admin interface?

    On the “manage database fields” page, there is a column labeled “display” for each field, a number in that column will determine the column it appears in in the list display. This is the global default setting.
