List Category Posts List-Style none? | WordPress.org

Having troubles getting my lists to appear with no bullet point, have tried various solutions, nothing seems to work.

I am placing the styles in the theme’s overriding stylesheet, nothing CSS wise is having any effect.

It was pointed out in another forum, that I had broken my stylesheet because a closing bracket was missing further up in the stylesheet.
I had deleted it accidentally, when starting to edit the bottom of the stylesheet.
All good then.
