Links won't open

Hopefully someone might have a suggestion about how to fix my current issue. Trying to less and less rely on the forum so i apologize about my many queries.

So essentially today I started to run into a problem of not being able to open any of the links on my recently relaunched site using the Canvas theme. To resolve it I clicked on and off the various permalinks options and it seemed to fix it only to have the problem resurface.

Any possible culprits for this? Thank you
