Links missing in twenty eleven

    I have two sites using twenty eleven.

    classicroad.com
    VintageSwedishCars.com

    One have “links” in the Dashboard sidebar on ClassicRoad.com but on vintageswedishcars.com they are missing.

    I think I lost them while trying another theme maybe? How do I get “Links” back?
