Links Manager?

    Hi,

    I am having a problem figuring out where to change the “random” assortment of Blogroll links… From the FAQ of WordPress, it seems to be saying “Go to the manage links subpage” (http://codex.wordpress.org/Image:Managing_Links-managelinks.png)

    but that doesn’t appear on my admin page – i get only:
    * Dashboard
    * Write
    * Manage
    * Comments
    * Blogroll
    * Presentation
    * Plugins
    * Users
    * Options

    and the blogroll option doesn’t appear to let me assign an ID or change the “random” setting.

    Could anyone explain to me why this might be and what I could do to fix it?
