Yes, when using images tiles you have an option that can be checked, Thumbnail Click New Window.

Hi Karl,
There are no changes to the core or a Pro version. We sell Addons to the core which let you add additional gallery layouts, formats, media inputs and albums. We recently adjusted the pricing for our Addons and added the ability to get all of the Addons on a site basis for one low price.
At a minimum please think about adding a rating. That helps others know that we’ve done a good job.
