Links in email in templete

I put links in the post email but subscribers do not see the links. When I do an email preview the links are there. The author and I (I do the posting for the author) get the links in the post email so I am doing something wrong but can not figure out what.
The link to the site is http://www.jimmay.org/ but the issue is in the posting email.
