Links Gone in Dashboard

I am in the process of completing some client work at http://leyla-najma.com. and as I was finishing up work noticed that the option for adding links is not present. It should normally be under media in the dashboard but not there. I have tried deactivating all plug ins and switching to the 2013 theme but no change. The site runs fine and was built on the Genesis Theme Framework using the Lifestyle theme without any amount of custom coding.
Wondering how I can get this back, or maybe a plug in someone might know of instead.
