Linking Categories to each other

Hi.i need a plugin that sticks categories to each other.i have site with user submmissions

There is categories like PC MAC Applications

When a user adds a pc application.He just selecting PC.There’s a lot others going this waty.So if when they select pc or mac,Applications category would selected automaticly.

i really need a plugin like this.Thank you from now.
