Linked Featured Post Images (not title)

Hi there, I sure hope someone will be able to help with this.

So on the Awaken theme there is the “featured posts” which appear next to the slider, the thing is, my images already have the title of the post in them so im wanting to remove the title and link the image instead, so when someone visits the site they simple click the image instead of the text.

Can this be done and if so how?

I have already managed to do it with the slider by changing .awaken-slider-title line-height to 15 so that it covers the image and then added a text-indent of -9999px to remove the text but when I tried this on the side image it didn’t work as well, hence why I’ve come to the forum in hope someone will know.

Thank you in advance and I look forward to reading any responses as I’ve been at this for 5hrs now and just keep hitting wall after wall.
