Link to Tabs

I am trying to link to a specific tab from another page in my site.
But I find that the URL of the tabbed content changes each time like so:
http://www.example.com/projects/#ffs-tabbed-174

the final 3 digits change each time so I am not able to link to it like a static link.
How do I handle this?
i.e how do I generate a link that will take me to the content in that specific tab?
