Link to specific address in dropdown

Here’s a feature that is sorely needed in Contact Form 7:

When using a dropdown for MAIL TO addresses, we should be able to use a URL which will go to the contact form, with a specific email address selected in the dropdown.

I know this has been mentioned before and ignored, so here’s another question:

Does anyone know of another contact form with features similar to Contact Form 7 which does allow the To Email Address in a dropdown to be selected using a URL?

I really like using Contact Form 7, but this feature is becoming more and more important.
