Hi @nettools! Can you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Account endpoints and see if the ‘lost password’ endpoint is different than ‘lost-password’? If you have a menu item that points to that endpoint, it needs to be changed to match the endpoint registered in your settings.

Hi mother.of.code. Thank You for reply. Yep the ‘Lost Password’ endpoint is lost-password.
Previous I have page with slug ‘lost-password’, but I have deleted this page.
I have changed Permalink Settings to plain, saved, restored to ‘Post name’ again and saved again.

Now link to reset password from woocommerse my account page linked to basic WP reset form ‘/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword’.
I want see Woocommerce lost password form not WP default form. This is possible?

    Hi @nettools

WooCommerce uses the My Account page to reset the password. You can overwrite this with the custom code as suggested here:

    https://stackoverflow.com/questions/29568813/woocommerce-lost-password-form-on-another-page

You could work with a developer to customize a solution for your website. We recommend one of the services listed on this page who can assist with any custom development work.

    Hope that helps,
