Link to Pages

Is there a way to link the individual photos to pages on wordpress? I only see the options to link to the photos or attachment pages. I want to use this as a landing page for my client’s portfolio, if they click the portfolio tab and not hover and click on the appropriate section, as shown at http://www.photosbyveeve.com/portfolio. Then the user can click the photo they want and it would pull up the gallery page for each section.
