Link to Create Admin User is not Working

Hello, I am definitely new to WordPress and currently taking an online class where we had to get a domain and host. I chose DreamHost once I registered my domain and paid I then proceeded to do the one-click install for WordPress. I then received and email with instructions on what to do next and different links. But the links lead to nowhere! I will post them below.

1. Please create an admin user at:

2. Afterwards, if you’re switching from a different blog system,
go to the import area of WordPress admin:

3. We recommend you read the readme file too, but don’t worry about
the section for installation — you’ve already done that:

4. Once everything’s set up, you go here to manage/post to your blog:

I don’t know what to do. I send DreamHost an email and now I am posting for help on here.
