Link to author not working.

    So, i’ve pretty much got everything starting to look okay. The only problem is when I click the authors name by a post it messes up the url.

    I can’t seem to fine where this code is to edit it to the correct value.

    You can see what I mean by clicking the author name here:

    What code is being used to generate the author link in index.php?

    I’m not entirely sure what you mean.

    On index.php i am only running the get header, get loop and get footer scripts.

    Then try looking in loop.php.

    i’ve obviously tried looking through it and playing around but i can’t seem to resolve the problem.

    i duplicated the twentyten theme to make my own and i think that is where the problem is occurring, I’m just not sure what part of the code to i should be editing as this is the only problem i’m having.

    You need to look at the twentyten_posted_on() function in functions.php.
