in the visual editor, type out the url or whatever you want the link to say, highlight it and that will activate the little chain link button in the visual editor options and a popup will appear asking you for the url

I have been struggling for x2 days now.
I enter my message, highlighted it, activated the chain link, pop-up appeared and fot the url I inserted
my domain name/the-affiliate-site, however,
When you click on the message, nothing appear and the browser feedback = Nothing found for….
What am I doing wrong?
