Link straight to different page

I want to create a page which is on my menu bar. When this link is clicked instead of going into somewhere in the wordpress website it goes to a seperate forum or twitter account.

is this possible?

Would be gread if i could have a drop down bar that does this to

Forum
-twitter
-facebook
-myspace
-youtube

and when they are cliked they redirect straight to the page i want to instead of putting a link in the wordpress page
