Link Localizer

Hello, I am really sorry if this has been asked already (and I will also be asking the same question to another similar plugin) but I wanted to know if this plugin will automatically change the locale of Amazon links/banners/widgets I already have on my site. Will it automatically (once I have entered my associates id’s) then start redirecting users from different locales when they click on the links or will they only work if I insert the links via the plugin? I like adding the links manually myself.
