Link in submenu

Hi!

Giving up my efforts of creating a full-widht, no-sidebar page at my site http.//www.swed.info (Basic Magazine theme) I need some help for this:

Is it possible to create, in the submenu bar where pages like “about” or contact are listed, a link to an html page outside WP? The fact is that I need a simple “blank” page in order to publish some comic strips that now are getting squeezed in a the actual page created according to the template (under “Eivi, det var”).
