Link in comment not working on iphone

Are you saying that the link is appearing in the comments but not clickable? This pretty much depends on the browser, device and operating system you are using and how Facebook renders the commenting interface for that. Plugin is integrating the Facebook Comments the same way for every device and browser.
I can see the comments box spanning the full width of the page.
