I’ve read and re-read the instructions on your About page, and I do not understand how to link events to a page. I really need to see a sample, I think. I currently have an events list showing in a feature box on my homepage, and I’d like those Events to link to either a page that lists all of the events, or an individual page that gives more info about the event. The way it exists now, when you click on the event title, the page just reloads and adds the event details. Please help! I’ve tried numerous event plugins and this is the only one that’s even come close to doing what I want. Thanks!

This is the normal behavior at the moment:
Single events are displayed in the same context than the event list.

Only with the included widget you can define a page, where the events are listed.

It is planned to add an option to create a page for each event in one of the next version, but it will take a while.

Probably the hidden shortcode attribute ‘url_to_page’ can help you:
With this attribute you can define a page target for event links. This attribute is used for the widget.

Hi, I’ve actually been having the same problem. I downloaded the widget before updating WordPress to 3.7.1 and updating the plugin to its most current version.

It was working fine prior to the updates, with the title text for the event taking users to the post page for the event. Not sure what happened or if I had a shortcode enabled that was doing this automatically. I will try your hidden shortcode attribute to see if this works.

Might I suggest posting the other hidden shortcodes so we can play with solutions? Thanks!
