    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I think this type of issue might be come because of your current theme or another plugin conflicting with our plugin.

    Can you please tell us that, are you using any temporary server directory in which we do not have full permission to open the PDF then also might be possible that it does not allow to open the PDFs.

    If you share your system report with current theme and all activated plugin list then, it helps us to troubleshoot your query and get back to you.
