Link does not redirect | WordPress.org

Hi, I recently just installed this plugin and the link does not redirect.
What i mean is

my target url is http://www.yahoo.com
and my pretty link is http://www.xxx.com/yahoo

I should be getting http://www.yahoo.com when i click on http://www.xxx.com/yahoo right?
But it brings me to http://www.xxx.com/yahoo page instead.

What are the solutions that i could try? Please advise!

Does anything show up on the page when you click that pretty link? Also, double check that your WordPress Permalink settings are not set to “default”.
