Please use the following codes in your Theme Options -> Custom CSS
.home .entry-title {
min-height: 70px !important;
position: relative !important;
top: 20px !important;
}
.home .rw-ui-info-container {
position: relative !important;
top: 21px !important;
}
This should fix your post positioning and moves your “vote” dialog down a little.
