Hi mfauster, Lingotek is actively taking a look at this issue and will respond as they learn more about it. Thanks for reporting it!
mfauster, we believe that this issue is only affecting a small subset of sites, as it has been challenging to reproduce. We will continue to work on this and will update this thread as soon as we have more details.
Thank you for your patience.
mfauster, we pushed an update to the Lingotek TMS (does not require any updates on your end) this past week addressing the account connection process and would invite you to try again.
Please let us know if you’re still having issues so that we can work on getting those resolved!
Hi smithworx,
Hi bisle,
I have updated lingotec and polylang to the new Version right now.
Obended the Translation Tab – Connect Lingotec account.
I have logged in with my lingotec account, clicked on the “Authorize Application” Button and came back to the Dashboard where … nothing changes. 🙁
So, it still does not work for me.

mfauster,
I was wondering if you could let us know what hosting provider you are using for your WordPress site? This will help us find the source of this issue. Thanks!
Hi erichie,
I use world4you.com – an austrian provider.

mfauster,
We have discovered that one of the reasons you cannot connect your Lingotek account is because your server needs to be able to communicate with our Lingotek API. Some hosting companies have a firewall or proxy that blocks server to server communications. You may need to contact your hosting provider to get help allowing your server to communicate with third party servers and API’s.
I have the same problem here
