Hi @omniafausta
I have attempted to replicate this but have been unable to do so. The linebreak options added never disappear. Here’s a screenshot on how I’ve added it and how it appears on the gallery page and when opened in the lightbox:

Just so that I can be aware of how you add the line break, kindly paste an entire caption with the linebreak code added here so that I can analyse it before I can advise on this.

Elvis
Hi Elvis,
Thanks for looking into this.
I have looked at your screenshots and see you have used the description field, while I use the caption field.
Indeed a break in the description field does not disappear, but in the caption it does.
But I don’t want to move the text of hundreds of images from the caption to the description :S
Is it possible for you to check if the problem can be replicated if you use the caption field?
Thanks!

hi @omniafausta
Unfortunately, this is not available in the current version, but there is a workaround that will work for you in the mean time:
Goto FooGallery Settings -> Advanced Attachment Modal and set it to Disabled. That will bring back the built-in WP attachment editor on the FooGallery edit page, which allows captions to be saved with line breaks.
