Line Beaks in Tag Description

I have some tag pages where I use the Tag Description as the page header.

Example:
http://www.triplepundit.com/topic/health-wellness-series/

I can put an image in the description, which is cool, but the *&#*%# box keeps stripping <p> or
tags or anything else that can let me insert a line break or space between paragraphs. Is there a way to have real HTML in there?
