limited editing task bar

When I go to a page on my website and try to edit, all I see is a task bar with options like bold, italics, centering. Where are the other options like font, color, etc. I just created the website.

If the block supports those options, they’re usually over on the right side of the page, sometimes in an “Advanced” accordion tab.
