    Yes, the starter (FREE) edition does not have the same features of Pro (PAID) edition.

    Pro edition does not have Time and Event based Workflows which automates repetitive tasks and save a ton for organizations. These features are only available in Enterprise edition.

    If you pay or pay more, you get more features and support in every product. It is a common knowledge.
