Newsletter doesn’t limit subscribers amount in any way, nor it does limit sends. Yes, it’s possible to create forms with advanced options, like adding subscribers to different lists automatically or based on subscribers’ choice.

for sending emails should we use a tool such as mailjet or offer you an smtp in your module so as not to be considered spam?
mailjet is wonderful but I don’t think it’s possible to use it with this plugin as the mailjet free only let you send 200 emails per day, this newsletter plugin limits the sending to minimum of 12 per hour, which is 240 per day. Mailjet will block your account.
if you need to send more than 200 emails per day, try to install wp mail smtp and connect your blog with a gmail account and use gmail to send. Even gmail does not like to be used to send newsletters but low volumes are accepted, usually.
