I had the same issue. Are you using JetPack with a self-hosted WordPress site? Try going to https://wordpress.com/settings/general/%5Bdomainname%5D and performing a full sync.
e.g. https://wordpress.com/settings/general/example.com
No friend thanks for suggestion but i am not using jetpack by WordPress or either not using any other plugin which does same work do you have any other solution
