• So, I upgraded WordPress yesterday and I upgraded the gallery today – per the notifications. (can’t get the gallery version because of number 4, below)

I have not loaded a new gallery or new images in a few weeks, so I am unsure when this issue started occurring…

1- Lightboxes in the admin are screwed up. The screen goes grey. The lightbox FIELDS are present on the screen, but not selectable via the mouse… I can tab between them and use <CR> to select them.

2- The new gallery and upload images fails every time. It created the gallery in the admin, but did not create the actual directory nor create/upload any files – even though it SAID 100% complete. I manually created the directory and uploaded the images via ftp and used the import from directory command…

3- the create thumbnails fails, every time. Since the lightboxes are screwed up, I can’t easily get to the “more” info regarding the failures… but at least once, it said that my system ran out of memory.

4- after the last attempt, I am now getting notified by my host “Unable to start a new process”
So, basically, the gallery has killed my entire site due to having/running too many queries….

What the heck is going on and when will it be fixed?

confirmed that reverting to 2.0.17 fixes the lightbox issues in admin (problem existing in 2.0.21 and 2.0.23)
