    Hi Everyone,

    This is strange, but my Lightbox feature is not working. I am using the Jayden Theme which is built with Elementor. It’s a portfolio site and I have my work as Thumbnails with the “Image “link to image file” selected but the image doesn’t load. Only the loading circle keeps rotating. I have checked my file types which are .jpg .png but still to no avail.

    I reached out to the Theme Developer who thinks it’s a plugin issue. But I only have the plugins needed for Elementor to work. So I am really baffled. Any help would be really appreciated!

    I recommend getting in touch with Elementors’s support about this via https://elementor.com/support/ if you have Elementor Pro or https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/ if you do not.

    Thanks everyone for the quick replies… I managed to get this resolved by reaching out to the Jayden developers who were absolutely fantastic in helping it. After I got some of your ideas on how to fix, I mentioned it to them and they realized that a code on their theme was loading the same library as the Elelmentor and they removed it! It’s working fine now!
