Lightbox gone after updating… help!

I don’t know if it’s a conflict with the theme that I’m using or just the updating of the plugin. It was fine until today, when I updated it. My site is here http://www.marinapetric.com/new
I tried to install a plugin for the lightbox itself, but it did not work. Before today, everything was just perfect…
