Hello,
You have to delete jquery.fancybox.pack.js and jquery.fancybox.js and then you are free to use your own plugin for lightbox.
Hey, should see in the theme options > misc settings. There is an option to turn off the theme lightbox.

Hi,
I got the problem the other way round… My pictures do not show in a lightbox eventhough they sould according to the setting. Is this by chance a known issue with the latest WordPress update (using 4.4.2)?
Cheers
Felix
Can you post a link?
I can’t recreate the issue.

Hey! I ain’t got such an option for Pinnacle theme in misc. settings.
Hey,
Your right, I’ll add it. For now you can add a text widget into one of the footer widget areas on your site. There add this:
<script type="text/javascript">jQuery(document).ready(function ($) {var magnificPopupEnabled = false;$.extend(true, $.magnificPopup.defaults, {disableOn: function() {return false;}});});</script>
That will turn it off.
