My license keys are unique to the user (email address is used as part of the key generation), so each purchase has the key generated manually after purchase and then added to the order / product / user after the fact.

After adding the key manually, I go to the order itself and select the “Send license key(s) to the customer” order action. The email sends, but the key doesn’t get inserted. How would I fix this?

    Hi,

I hope you are doing well.

When a customer places the order, what’s the order status of your Order?

Share a screenshot of WooCommerce > License Manager > Order Status Tab.

    Thanks

The woocommerce order is “Completed”. The license status is “Active”.

In the Order status settings, for “Define license key delivery”, it’s set to send on for Completed only.

I should also note that the license key does show up for the user under My Account > License Keys. It just doesn’t populate in the email that is automatically generated to them.

We are looking into it and will update this in our upcoming release.

    Thanks
