    I sent this message on your site Help Center as well but am sending here just to hope it gets seen and followed up with sooner than later one way or another (so apologies in advance for the duplicate messages, I’ve just had bad luck at times in the past with software support).

    I have been getting a message in my admin dashboard on my site newhollandrochester.com that my license is not activated. I go to the page which says “License not activated” also and try to save it and get a “License couldn’t be activated” error message.

    My site is running slow when logged in and think it is due to this, as I get a 502 Bad Gateway error that points to this caller in my Query Montior plugin when troubleshooting this issue:

    Hi, I’m sorry for the inconvenience! We had some issues with our licensing server, which are now resolved.

    The license should be working again now.

    We’ll be also releasing an update to the plugin to prevent this from happening in the future

    The problem is not resolved; every time I try to use your plugin, I have the same problem.

    I activate the license, it tells me the license is activated, the page reloads, and I get another message asking me to activate the license.

    I’ve already sent a message to the site’s support team for the same problem, but now I can’t even find it anymore!

    Want refund!
