licence key is inactive by default

    I am using this plugin for my digital products with license, when users purchase an item, the license is often in inactive state, this needs to be active by default, this was working fine at some stage.
    could you please guide if I have to change something on my end.

    Are you using the Software Licensing extension or a different licensing plugin?

    Note, since Software Licensing is a commercial extension, we’ll have to ask that you open a support ticket through our main portal as the WordPress.org support forum policy does not permit us to support commercial products here.
