I have a pro licence but the section shortcode is returning Invalid response from the horoscope API.

Checked on the response from the api and showing license key is invalid or expired. However I know it is not. Where can I get assistance on this?

It is info@iopsychics.com. I am running the site locally for development so no site available.

Hi, I sent you an email. We have seen this issue before, when there was a previous activation. We increased the quota on your license so that should help. If it doesn’t send us an email at support@ezhoroscope.com Also please clear the WordPress cache as it will continue to display the error message. The procedure may be different based on your setup, here are some tips:

How to Clear Cache from WordPress Admin Dashboard ✅ Step 1: Log into Your WordPress Admin

    • Go to yourdomain.com/wp-admin
    • Enter your username and password

🧰 Step 2: Clear Cache via Installed Caching Plugin (From Admin)

Most caching plugins add a “Clear Cache” or “Purge Cache” button directly in the WordPress admin toolbar or menu. Here’s how to access them: 🔹 WP Super Cache

    1. In the admin dashboard, go to:
      • Settings > WP Super Cache
    2. Click the “Delete Cache” button.

    🔹 W3 Total Cache

    1. From the admin toolbar at the top of the page:
      • Hover over Performance
      • Click “Purge All Caches”

    🔹 WP Fastest Cache

    1. In the admin sidebar, click:
      • WP Fastest Cache
    2. Click “Delete Cache”
    3. (Optional) Also click “Delete Cache and Minified CSS/JS”

    🔹 LiteSpeed Cache

    1. In the admin sidebar, go to:
      • LiteSpeed Cache > Toolbox
    2. Under the Purge tab, click:
      • “Purge All”

    🔹 Hummingbird

    1. In the admin sidebar, go to:
      • Hummingbird > Caching
    2. Click “Clear Cache” under each relevant section.

🌐 Step 3: Clear Hosting Cache (If Managed Hosting is Used)

Some hosts add cache control buttons in your WordPress admin panel. 🔹 SiteGround

    1. Go to:
      • SiteGround > Speed > Caching
    2. Click “Flush Cache”

    🔹 WP Engine

    1. Click WP Engine in the admin toolbar or sidebar.
    2. Click “Caching”
    3. Hit “Clear All Caches”

🔄 Step 4: Clear CDN Cache (if applicable)

If you’re using Cloudflare (or similar CDN), there may be a plugin or integration in the admin dashboard (like a Cloudflare plugin) with a “Purge Cache” button.

If not, you’ll need to log into your CDN dashboard to purge cache there. ✔️ Final Step: Refresh Your Site

    After clearing the cache:

    • Refresh your site
    • Or press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) to force a hard refresh

Sent you an email regarding this from support@ezhoroscope.com, might need to check your spam folder. If you are continuing to have issues please email us directly at support@ezhoroscope.com

Also, try deactivating the plugin, delete it, then reinstall and reactivate,
